"This experience has been great. I had a safe space to discuss my feelings and experience. I felt like I was able to lead the topic of focus while Rebecca asked me questions that helped me navigate to understanding the deeper cause for my feelings and why I felt the way I did. I felt like my feelings were understood."

"I found this experience with Rebecca very helpful. It was my first time ever seeking therapy, in which I was very nervous initially. However, I was eased into the process, and I feel that I have gained invaluable knowledge that I can apply to my life going forward."

"My experience with Rebecca was great, she made me feel safe and this helped me to address issues that I wasn’t previously able to talk about. Rebecca introduced me to various coping mechanisms and recommended books that helped with certain issues I was experiencing with self-esteem. I have been putting these mechanisms into practice in my day-to-day and have already started to notice a difference."

"Rebecca has been great to work with throughout the journey, she is a good listener and asks the right questions which helped me progress and be more introspective. I appreciated that she was willing to dive into any of my theories and play out scenarios to understand the potential ramifications of various actions. I would recommend her to others if someone was asking for a rec."

"The service has been excellent. Rebecca has been very supportive, compassionate, and understanding during our sessions and I have walked away from each session feeling better. She has also been highly accommodative to work around my busy life. I have been an advocate of therapy / counselling ever since working with her and have recommended it to a lot of friends, which is a testament to her. There are lots of techniques and ways of thinking that I do and will continue to use to help myself. Thank you!"

"Rebecca has been very patient and attentive in understanding my life experience and giving good guidance in finding the root of the issue. She is also good at providing techniques that I can use outside of the session, which is very beneficial for growing out of my old thought patterns. The administration communications with Rebecca are always smooth and swift. Will recommend."

"My therapist Rebecca was understanding, knowledgeable and engaging. Very human which is often the fear when entering this type of treatment. She listened and recommended things I could do to address certain situations as well as guiding me through times of self-reflection to better understand the reasoning behind the feelings I was having. She was great."

"The service to set up was easy, helpful and supportive. The therapy was fantastic and transformative. I have learned a lot to help me going forward and feel I am in a very different headspace. I have begun to learn the skills I need to take care of myself after the course finishes and know I can always return. Rebecca was excellent and so supportive and caring, she made the therapy an excellent experience."

“I was fortunate to be supported by Rebecca for 12 sessions. I was struggling with widowhood, retirement  and a situation of conflict which was causing a great deal of stress.

I found her calm, wise approach very enabling for my well being. I was not keen on role play and she respected this and found alternative strategies to help.

“My time with Rebecca was difficult, emotional,  honest, but so helpful. I believe you only get out of it what you put into it.

She seemed to know what I needed each session and gave me the safe space I needed to be able to talk about things I had never shared with anyone.

Her humour has made us both smile which is what I needed.  A big thank you Rebecca. I will miss my sessions with you but I know I am ready to face my next challenge.”
