“I was fortunate to be supported by Rebecca for 12 sessions. I was struggling with widowhood, retirement and a situation of conflict which was causing a great deal of stress.
I found her calm, wise approach very enabling for my well being. I was not keen on role play and she respected this and found alternative strategies to help.
With her assistance I was enabled to not be so critical of myself and make realistic plans to move forward.
I intend to check in with her again in 3/4 months to ensure that I am on track and have utilised her suggestions productively.
I was full of trepidation initially but she quickly put me at my ease. I found the experience very beneficial.”

“My time with Rebecca was difficult, emotional, honest, but so helpful. I believe you only get out of it what you put into it.
She seemed to know what I needed each session and gave me the safe space I needed to be able to talk about things I had never shared with anyone.
I never felt judged or was made to feel I was silly or wrong about what I said or my feelings.
One of the biggest things Rebecca helped me to see and it has become my mantra is "the only thing i can control is me." My life is easier and so much happier.
I am still a work in progress, but I have all the tools and understanding I need to believe I am a good person. That is all thanks to Rebecca.”
